The Wild Dough is Wild Roots’ food-focused offering, built around from-scratch biscuits, seasonal toppings, sourdough toasts, and rotating baked goods.

Served at our partner coffee shop, Ohiopyle Coffee Roasters, the menu is designed to feel warm, approachable, and grounded in seasonality—featuring offerings that shift throughout the year based on what’s fresh, local, and inspiring.


The Wild Dough Story

The Wild Dough was created as a natural extension of Wild Roots Events, bringing the same thoughtful, seasonal approach to the food that we bring to our gatherings and weddings. Centered at Ohiopyle Coffee Roasters, the menu and offerings are created and planned by Lanie Greenbaum, inspired by her love for cooking, shared meals, and the place she calls home. Each offering is shaped by seasonality, simplicity, and a desire to create meaningful gathering experiences.
